MARKETING AND SALES SPECIALIST

What we offer:

Responsibilities:

  • Sales and promotion of hydrogen technology products, i.e. fuel cells/stacks and their systems;
  • Preparing and presenting commercial offers tailored to customer needs;
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with Clients and actively acquiring new ones through telephone contact, participation in trade fairs and industry events, and meetings at Clients’ offices in Poland and abroad;
  • Achievement of set sales goals;
  • Reporting the results of sales activities;
  • Constant updating of knowledge regarding technologies developed by the Company;
  • Launching, developing and supervising sales channels for new products developed in the Company.
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with other team members to develop the product in line with market expectations.  

Requirements:

  • Higher education, preferably in marketing or technical fields (energy, chemistry, physics, materials science or related);
  • Experience in sales or marketing of technological products, in which experience in the energy sector, advanced technologies or products for R&D and scientific institutions will be particularly valued;
  • Impeccable personal culture;
  • Ability to communicate with a client with high technological awareness and individual expectations; 
  • Ability to work in a team, especially to collaborate effectively with other people responsible for product design, development and service;
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is required; knowledge of German, French or Spanish would be an additional asset;
  • A category B driving license and willingness to work on business trips (trips to trade fairs and other industry events and meetings with clients) are required.
